Our Mission: to develop an academic Spanish language program for toddlers, Children and adults through a natural and vivid approach.

The Iberian American Language Institute (IALI) is a foreign language school in New York , which offers an introduction to Spanish through immersion  Spanish Classes. The IALI provides a foreign language education program combining a strong foundation with a structured and planned play group.  This exclusive created foreign language program will plunge your child in the learning process naturally through drama, singing, puppets, fan games, music, storytelling, patchwork and construction.  Each class is a unique and unrepeatable opportunity specially planned for your child to produce the most effective benefit in absorbing the new language.

Method: the teachers at IALI use a wide variety of activities to engage the children. Discovering new vocabulary, acquiring the right use of phonetics and developing writing skills according to their age are the goals in order to have the command of the target language.

Resources: All the classes are designed and supervised by the Faculty   Coordinator. Moreover, the teachers at the IALI recur to the best material from overseas directly (Especially from Spain and Argentina) to guarantee the use of new books, videos, songs and many more resources.

Teachers: All our teachers are native speakers with years of experience in the education field as well as overseas teaching experience. There is no short-cut to learn a language; It takes time, patience, commitment and a lot of practice. However, the teachers at the IALI are dedicated and responsible to develop each class with enthusiasm and a high- standard.

Curriculum: The IAI teachers first plan, create and write the objective of each lesson to ensure maximum student success. We research the best and most innovative materials from the respective countries in which the target language is spoken.

Duration: the foreign language classes at the IALI are a year- round academic program from September to June.  Consequently, we enroll students whose parents have a serious commitment to bring their children regularly.
